A few years ago, I was president of the Missouri Choral Directors Association.  At various times, I would be in contact with the national office.  I had remembered hearing about this article, so I contacted the national office to see if they had archival issues that they would sell.  The person I contacted sent it to me free as a thank you for the work I had done for the organization.
