A Japanese release.  In the Gold Series, some artists were given one volume and some two.  The Carpenters were given two volumes.

It is a rare recording and was released on CD and vinyl.  There are only 14 songs on each CD, since that is what the vinyl could hold.

I purchased Vol. 1 on eBay a few years ago.  Volume 2 was also on eBay, but was on a site for a St. Louis used record store.  I called the physical store and went in to pick it up.
